The Lelit Bianca is a powerful and modern dual boiler machine for your home. With built in extras like wooden accents and a movable water reservoir, the Lelit Bianca provides an exceptional dual boiler experience at a great price, meaning you can produce cappuccinos, lattes, and flow profiled espressos with convenience at a lower cost.
Lelit espresso machines are ‘Made for Performance’. They’ve been manufacturing machines since 2002, with a focus on delivering high-quality products without breaking the bank. Every Lelit model will surprise you with the extra features and attention to detail they bring to each machine.
The Bianca combines an E61 grouphead, powerful dual boiler heating system, rotary pump, and built-in flow control device to deliver perfect espresso shots, cappuccinos, lattes, and any other drink you can order at your local cafe.
The E61 grouphead is the gold standard for delivering espresso at home, and this machine’s rotary pump means it can be plumbed in directly so you can bypass the tedious task of refilling the water reservoir daily. A dual boiler system means simultaneous milk frothing and espresso brewing, without sacrificing any temperature control over the espresso shot.
If you can’t plumb in the machine, the Bianca’s unique reservoir design lets you move the tank to either side of the machine or the back, making it easier to fit your kitchen countertop. Its built-in flow control device gives you extra control over how your espresso shot extracts, and lets you experiment in ways most other machines can’t right out of the box.
New Features added to V3:
Low flow start
It refers to the period of time from 0 until whatever the user specifies. In the Lelit Bianca V3, the paddle movements have been adjusted so that less experienced users can easily operate the machine without having to pay attention to the extraction process from beginning to end.
Low flow final
Low flow final refers to the time between what the user sets and the end of espresso extraction.
Stand by mode
The Lelit Bianca V3 will automatically transition into standby mode after 30 minutes of inactivity. The on/off light will blink when this happens.
Warm up optimization
Lelit Bianca V3's newly designed PID minimizes heat up time.
Brewing temperature offset
A new parameter for the PID. In order to correct the thermal error expected during brewing, it was introduced. During the brewing process, cold water is introduced into the hydraulic circuit and boiler because the machine dispenses water. Cold water interferes with the thermal efficiency of the machine. It is at this point that the brew temperature offset is needed. The software adjusts the set point during brewing by increasing or decreasing the temperature of the chosen offset-range values ± 25°C. Thus, the user can personalize his brewing profile with an additional value.
Upgrades to the PID (LCC)
Programmable low flow times
Among the improvements made to the machine, this is the most noteworthy. Bianca V3 incorporates automation of paddle movements.
There are two main advantages to this
As the machine does not require special attention to the coffee brewing process, it can also be operated by less experienced users.
More experienced users will appreciate this upgrade because it allows them to repeat the pressure and flow profile multiple times. Although the paddle does not become obsolete, it can still be used in conjunction with the setting of Low flow.
Four power modes
When stand-by mode and sleep mode are disabled, this feature becomes available. The machine will always be on.
After a set time (40 minutes to 540 minutes), the Lelit Bianca V3 cools down the steam boiler and coffee boiler significantly.
The steam boiler is always turned off.
Steam and coffee boilers and PID are turned off after 30 minutes of inactivity. The setting is factory-set.
