Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
A: No. Approved wholesale buyers can shop for any amount; We do require wholesale customers to apply to join our wholesale site. Discounts are only applied for approved customers.
Q: Who can apply to become a wholesale customer?
A: Any business that has a customer base interested in purchasing quality coffee equipment. We offer everything from entry-level to commercial espresso machines and grinders, coffee makers and accessories.
Q: What kind of discount can I expect as a wholesale customer?
A: There are different discounts applied based on which product you are looking to buy.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship everywhere in Canada and the United States. We are unable to sell certain items to US customers. Kindly inquire before placing your order.
Q: Who is responsible for providing customer service to end users?
A: Once a product purchased from us is resold, the reseller would be responsible for providing warranty service and technical support to end users.
Q: How do I get product details, inventory and price updates?
A: We maintain a CSV datafeed that is updated in real-time. It can be downloaded from here. Customers need to be logged in before downloading the datafeed for wholesale prices to appear.
