You can customize your recipe with this unit: while the large spray pan provides even saturation of the coffee bed, you can control the amount of time water is in contact with the coffee grounds and manage the bypass percentage to extract the perfect cup of coffee every time. This unit can be used on your countertop or our counter, sold separately.
