Grown in rich volcanic soil at elevations between 800-1300 meters, this rare Pacamara varietal - a hybrid of Pacas and Maragogype - produces exceptionally large beans with complex flavor characteristics. The natural processing method, known locally as "Sweet Panela," enhances the coffee's inherent sweetness while preserving the unique terroir of El Salvador.
