Unlike traditional mono-varietal plantations, Coffea Diversa cultivates the world's largest private coffee collection with over 800 coffee species, botanical varieties, mutants, and cultivars in one garden. This particular Maragogype varietal from Jutiapa, Suchitan, grown at 1500 meters above sea level, undergoes a unique fully washed hybrid cherry fermentation process with 72 hours of aerobic fermentation.
