Overview:
The Pro 700 is Profitec's top-of-the-line Dual-Boiler prosumer espresso machine. It features the time-tested E61 group head, a rotary pump with the ability to be plumbed in or run as a pour-over, an advanced PID controller and individual stainless steel boilers for brewing and steaming.
The PID on the Pro 700 can adjust temperatures separately for the steam and brew boilers. It also doubles up as a shot timer that activates automatically when pulling a shot of espresso.
Both its boilers are made out of stainless steel - a more robust material than copper and not susceptible to oxidization or corrosion. You can shut off the steam boiler if you are only making espresso.
Only a small number of this design of the Pro 700 will ever be manufactured.
